Our History
K.O.S. Elite Services is a woman-owned plumbing company built on integrity, teamwork, and trust.
Founded by Sarah Kennedy, the company was created with a clear goal: to raise the standard of service in an industry where reliability and communication truly matter. Sarah’s leadership focuses on building strong teams, creating systems that support quality work, and fostering a company culture where both employees and customers are treated with respect. Her vision and commitment to doing things the right way have played a key role in the company’s continued growth.
Technical leadership is led by Olin Kennedy, Master Plumber and Field Manager. Olin began his plumbing career in 2015 and joined a union company in 2016 as an apprentice while attending evening classes. His dedication earned him Outstanding Apprentice recognition each year, and in 2021 he graduated as the top overall apprentice.
In 2020, Olin obtained his Miami-Dade Master Plumbing License and, in 2024, became a fully licensed State Plumbing Contractor. His experience spans hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, condominiums, and single-family homes. As a service plumber, he developed strong diagnostic and communication skills, allowing him to deliver efficient, long-term solutions across a wide range of projects.
Together, the leadership team has built K.O.S. Elite Services into a company known for professionalism, accountability, and technicians customers trust in their homes and businesses. As a woman-owned company, K.O.S. Elite Services is proud to combine strong leadership with proven technical expertise; continuing to grow while staying grounded in the values that built the business.
We may not be the biggest name in the market yet, but our volume, systems, and execution tell a different story. K.O.S. Elite Services operates with the discipline and efficiency of a large-scale operation, delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.

Known for her creative problem-solving, she values balance and, in her limited free time, enjoys baking and crocheting; bringing the same care and intention into the business that she does into everything she creates.

Fueled purely on caffeine and nicotine, Olin is the problem-solver others call when the answer isn’t obvious. With deep technical knowledge and an unmatched ability to diagnose complex issues, he’s often brought in after multiple attempts have failed; and he’s known for finding the solution when others can’t.
